Certification Class
Before you can begin taking customer calls, each company requires agents to complete a certification course. The required training is provided at no cost to you and is designed to help you feel prepared and confident before you start.
The certification course will:

Prepare you to handle real customer service calls

Teach you the systems and procedures for your selected company

Provide the knowledge and skills needed to succeed from home

Help you feel confident and ready to get started
Once certified, you can begin working with your selected client and choose a schedule that fits your availability.
Please note: This is not a W-2 employee position. You will work as an independent 1099 contractor, giving you more flexibility and control over how and when you work.
As a 1099 contractor:

You choose your own schedule and hours

You select the inbound customer service opportunities that interest you

Taxes are not automatically withheld; you are responsible for filing your taxes as a 1099 contractor

A small administrative fee may be deducted for platform access and support services
Working as a 1099 contractor gives you the flexibility to work on your own terms—making it a great option for part-time, work-from-home income.

You’ll receive an email with the instructions needed to register for your job portal.
You must complete the registration process to view available opportunities.

After registering, you will need to complete the following:

Assessment: A 30–45 minute assessment that you must pass. If you need assistance or are uncomfortable taking the assessment, contact us before starting by responding to the registration email.

PC Scan: Your computer must meet the required equipment specifications. If your computer does not pass the scan, respond to the registration email for assistance.
Once you have completed the requirements and are ready for approval, respond to the registration email to let us know.

Get Approved and Choose Your Opportunity
Once you are approved and finalized, you’ll be able to access the available opportunities in your portal.
From there, you can:

I don't have the money for a computer or laptop or my laptop doesn't meet the requirements what can I do?
Don't worry—you have options!
We work with an equipment financing company that offers computers specifically designed for work-from-home opportunities.

Equipment may be available with as little as $10 down (if approved).

If approved, you can receive your equipment and pay for it in installments.

The equipment is selected to meet the requirements for the work-from-home opportunities we offer.
You are not required to purchase through our financing partner. You may purchase a computer from any retailer or company, as long as it meets the required equipment specifications for the opportunity you choose.
Be sure to keep all receipts for your records and potential tax purposes.

No. There is no cost to register or view available job opportunities.
Once you select a job and enroll in a certification class, you may be responsible for:

A $30 background check

A certification deposit, with the amount varying by company

The certification deposit is due 7 days before your class and is returned as long as you attend the first day of training
You do not pay anything to register, access your job portal, or view available opportunities. Any required costs apply only after you have selected a job and moved forward with certification.
